Hi.
Raspberry HR is me. 25 years after qualifying with the CIPD and leading HR functions in various small businesses I decided to work for myself. I love making a difference for the founders & leaders of blossoming smaller businesses, in my home county of Suffolk and beyond.

Having been CEO of a local charity I really understand the pressures & realities of running a smaller company. After getting to know a new client my first project is often putting their HR foundations in place, like contracts or policies. From there, I'm your HR 'go to' - no need to feel unsure or confused about your HR obligations again. I can also come into the business on a 'fractional' basis - like an occasional HR Director.
